30 days to change your mind

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return both the original sales receipt and the unused item in its original package in order to effect an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of the sales receipt. Please note that all the delivery fees are not refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment, or other method by agreement. This Return Policy is not applicable for Singapore customers at the moment.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for previously assembled items, customized kitchen set, damaged glassware, pots, mirror, unwrapped mattresses, bed linens (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, cut blinds, AS-IS items, or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt.

 

REFUND

Purchases made with cash: a cash refund will be issued.

Purchase made with bank transfer: a transfer refund will be issued, make sure to inform us your account number. 

Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to your respective credit card. Original card must be present at time of return. The refund can also be returned via bank transfer or cash. If you choose bank transfer, make sure to inform us your account number.

EXCHANGE/RETURN

Furniture: Upon delivery, carefully examine each piece of your furniture. If you wish to return the furniture for preference reasons, you must contact sales@konxeptliving.com within 3 days of your delivery. For preference returns, furniture protection plans will be refunded. The delivery fee will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed. If you notice any damage or imperfections within 10 days of your delivery, please notify us at sales@konxeptliving.com. At that time, you may choose to receive an exchange or schedule a service appointment to correct the issue.

Bed and Matresses: Please allow your body to adjust to your new sleep set. If you are not satisfied, please contact sales@konxeptliving.com within 30 days to schedule a one-time reselection or return. The reselection must be scheduled within 14 days. Bedding must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free of stains. Please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded. There will be an additional pick up fee and a 15% usage fee applied.

 

Returning your konxeptliving.com order by mail

If you wish to return your order by mail, kindly drop us a message at sales@konxeptliving.com Subject: Return [ORDER ID] with details of your return. We will assist you from there accordingly.

Returning your konxeptliving.com order to Konxept store

  • Bring your invoice and the item(s) to be returned to Konxept store for a refund which will be given in the original form of payment.
  • If you do not have your invoice, you may print your order confirmation email and present to a store associate for a refund.
  • If the purchase is made with a credit card, the card must be present at time of return.
